View Aircraft

The received ADS-B information about aircraft, besides being plotted on the main YAAC map, can also be viewed in a tabular display by selecting the View->Show Aircraft menu choice. This tabular display will report:

• the aircraft registration ("tail number")
• ICAO registration number associated with aircraft's ADS-B-Out transponder
• the time since the aircraft was last heard from
• the APRS symbol used to represent this aircraft on the map (identifying the aircraft category)
• the current latitude and longitude position of the aircraft
• the altitude of the aircraft
• the speed and bearing of the aircraft's travel
