The Load AD1C Country Database menu choice makes an Internet Web query to AD1C's website https://www.country-files.com to download the current catalog of country names and corresponding callsign prefixes. Although not complete licensee information, it will at least report which nationality a particular callsign belongs to; it is used as a fallback if more specific government databases don't contain a queried callsign. This database can be queried by right-clicking on a station on the map or in any tabular view that supports popup menus, and asking for Licensee Info.
